REFERENCE PHOTOS
Coherent reference images are very important in making sure the finished product comes out correctly. Multiple reference photos, especially unshaded, are appreciated greatly. They are not a requirement, however if not supplied it will likely result in some minor inaccuracies.PAYMENT
Payment for the commission is taken up front. If able to do so, the customer will pay in full, however if they do not have the funds but are expecting to have them within 2 weeks then it is permitted that they pay half up front and the second payment can be agreed upon between the artist and client.REFUNDS
A full refund is only offered before the lineart is completed. If you cancel or request a refund after that point, you will only be refunded 50% of the price.TWEAKS
Any major tweaks must be requested BEFORE or AT the completion of the lineart. Afterwards, only minor tweaks can be made to the artwork until it is completed. After approval from the customer, no further tweaks can be made even if the full price has not yet been paid.SHARING ART
When commissions have been completed and paid for, they may be shared across the artist's social media and most likely added to their portfolio. When commissioning, the customer will be asked if they wish for the commission to be kept private or if they would only like it to be shared on/after a specific date (e.g. it may be a birthday gift).RESHARING
If the customer shares the commission publicly, they agree to credit the artist either through tagging/linking the artist or verbally acknowledging them. Although if the commission is being shared multiple times in one place, it only needs to be credited once (however additional credits are always appreciated).COPYRIGHT
The artist retains all copyright of the commission in any and all stages of progress and completion. The selling of art does NOT include the selling of copyright. This means that the customer has permission to share the artwork on public and private platforms but cannot replicate or reproduce the commission, especially for monetary gain, unless it is first approved in writing from the artist.

18+ COMMISSIONS
NSFW examples can be requested. Any customer requesting an 18+ commission WILL be asked to show photo ID. All information can be blurred out except D.O.B and the ID photo. The customer must send an image with their face and the readable photo ID in the same image. After the artist has confirmed the authenticity, the customer is free to delete the image if they please. This is purely to avoid providing 18+ services to minors.
